A teen needs a feeding tube gets bullied in middle school. He starts being a YouTuber and gets subscribers. Some people in school now thinks he is cool even though he is using a feeding tube. Later he gets surgery and doesn't need a feeding tube anymore. As an adult he visits kids in the hospital and helps them.
