General Rules

Administrative Rules

• Always follow and abide by the FANDOM Community laws. Respect and trust our FANDOM Global/Community Staff and the Dhar Mann Wiki Staff
• The official list of our Dhar Mann Wiki Staff Members (including the ones under probation) can be found here.
• Any users not in the list are NOT part of the staff. Please check the usernames with our list before attempting to interact with the wannabe-staff users.
• Vandalism is strictly not allowed.
  • And for those who really wanna know what happens if you do, please check out this page made by the Wikimedia Community.
• Harassment and bullying is not allowed.
  • This includes emailing, and even going as far to personally stalk the user’s socials. We have life outside the fandom too!
• In accordance to FANDOM rules, Sockpuppetry (Making an alternate account to circumvent punishments and blocks) and any other way of loopholing punishments/blocks is strictly unallowed, disobeying which can lead to the permanent block of the User Account/IP address from the Wiki.

Community Behavior

• This would be obvious, but you can use any English (US/UK) as a main medium of communication, and it’s encouraged as such. If otherwise, use a translator whenever possible.
• Promote harmony and equality! Do not make bad racial remarks and slurs.
• Swearing is totally not allowed. Even The Mann doesn’t promote it himself and hence we have decided that this would be the best for the entire community.
  • No circumventing the rule by abbreviations or character replacements such as asterisks and other symbols.
• Mini-Modding the community is extremely deprecated. Any violators will be dealt with in an appropriate manner.

Mini-Modding . (ˈmɪni ˈmɔdɪŋ)

“Non-staff users acting as if in authority to punish others, whether by threatening to block, messaging users warnings, etc., are considered mini-mods. This can lead to drama and arguments, and acting as a false authority is generally looked down upon. If one does encounter a rulebreaker, it is advised to report them to a real staff member instead of attempting to do their job for them.”

• Please try not to be obnoxiously loud and commanding. If you see someone breaking the rules, it’s best to let them know in the mildest way possible. Similar rules apply when you’ve got a suggestion or a remark for the staff.
• Make well-rounded opinions and please don’t cause a war or a fight!
  • If it happens to be unavoidable, all parties involved can stop for a little while. If that still doesn't seem to work and someone still puts up a fight, report it to the council. The council is also not immune to this, not to worry. We’ll usually make our meetings immediately.
• Assume good faith, unless it’s obvious that the other user is blatantly breaking the rules, even after a soft warning/message.
• Explicit/NSFW/Obscene content or anything of illicit flavors is strictly not allowed. Violators will be placed under a block, and the thread/page/file will be deleted.
