Man FAKES AS SOLDIER For MONEY, He Lives To Regret It is the 85th episode of the 10th season of Dhar Mann. It was released on May 22, 2023.
Plot[]
The episode starts off with Miles greeting Drake, in response to saying "hooah" as a battle cry, explaining that he (Miles) was in the army right out of high school and was stationed at Fort Bragg, and Drake tells him that he was stationed in Quantico. Drake greets Miles back, but he didn't shake his hand, leaving Miles feeling confused.
He went back to sit with his family and explains his suspicions about Drake, saying that he was in the army and was stationed at a marine base. Julianna believed that it was just a misunderstanding, but Miles dismisses it, knowing that Drake was actually lying about being in the army. Drake greets the two elderly couple and offers them to help cover the meal for the waitress. Margaret and Howard are impressed and thanked Drake for his service, stating that both Margaret and Howard had gone to eat out at the restaurant for their monthly anniversary. Miles continues to feel suspicious about Drake for his special treatment and is about to find out what Drake is up to. Julianna tries to stop Miles but ignores her and follows Drake.
At the computer store, the teenage daughter was about to get her laptop for her birthday until the mother rewarded Drake for protecting their country and thanks him for his service, saying he deserves it more. Drake comes up to the owner and pays for the laptop. The owner states his story that his family was in the army and gives full respect for Drake, who gives him a 25% discount. Drake is appreciative and mistakenly cries out "hoot-yah", just as the owner corrected him by saying "hooah", realizing that he mixed-up his words and thanked the owner for the laptop.
Miles once again starts to remain suspicious about Drake for his personal gains. Julianna replied that he is doing something nice for other people. Miles is not convinced by her theories and states that Drake is not from the army. Instead of doing something nice for other people, he was taking advantage of them. Drake then impresses a girl named Stephanie that he used to take two courses in the army for the past six years. The girl is impressed and had dreams about wanting to go to the army. He shows Stephanie the purple heart from Afghanistan and makes up a lie that he was hit while saving the girl from the enemy, which makes her even more impressed. Miles steps in and was about to inform the lady about Drake's true self. He quizzes Drake by asking him the army's motto and Soldier's Creed, both of which he gets wrong. Miles, now highly suspicious, demands an explanation of where he got the uniform. Drake initially refuses to reply, but after being asked three times, he ends up admitting that he bought it from a thrift store. Miles explains about his past story where he and his brother joined the army and how he had survived while the brother sacrificed his own life. Drake laughs at his past story and half-heartedly apologizes about his loss until he inadvertently exposes his crime that he is not a real soldier. Everyone was angered by Drake's true colors and demanded their money back, which causes Drake to lash out at the whole crowd. Surprised and unamused, Stephanie questions Drake that if he knew that a stolen valor is illegal. Drake replies that a civilian could wear a military uniform, and this is true, except for when the civilian is knowingly impersonating a soldier for personal gains, like in this scenario. It is revealed that she is an undercover cop. She arrests Drake and escorts him out of the mall, much to Drake's frustrations and vows to get his lawyers on not only the store that sold him the laptop, but the whole mall.
Howard and Margaret are thankful to Miles for exposing Drake's crimes and realized how deceiving Drake is and were happy that their son survived in Afghanistan. They both offered Miles to give him anything in advance, but Miles declines it and decides to out for dinner together to hear more stories about their son. Just then, another woman came out of the elevator and asks why she is arresting Drake. Stephanie explains to her that she is an undercover cop, who knew now that Drake was impersonating an officer. Shocked and angered by his dishonesty, she slapped Drake in the face off-screen and tells him not to call her. The episode ends when Stephanie curiously asks about how many people Drake lied to as they both entered the elevator.

Trivia[]
Allusions[]
- Some of the footages were reused in SPOILED SON Rejects MILITARY DAD, What Happens Is Shocking.
Errors[]
- When Drake was paying for the laptop when the manager didn't add the discount, he said he didn't have enough. But when the manager wanted $500 back, he somehow had enough (however it is possible because Drake was lying).
- There could have possibly been ways for Miles's brother to live such as kicking the grenade away or throwing it away from them.
- However, it is likely there wasn't enough time for him to do either.
- The undercover cop girlfriend was unfazed by the woman assaulting Drake.
- Drake says, "Thanks for the lapop," instead of, "Thanks for the laptop."
- When Drake asked the manager about the discount, the manager didn't ask for a military ID to receive the discount while in real life you would need ID for a military discount. Ironically, he is seen showing his military ID in the thumbnail, implying it may have been cut from the final video for unknown reasons.
- When Drake gets arrested, the undercover cop starts saying his rights but stops half way by saying " You have the right to remain silent, anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law" when she should have said after that, " you have the right to an attorney if you cannot afford one one will be provided to you." Which is how an officer would say your rights.
