Plot[]

The video starts with the mom zipping her daughter's dress. While the mom is trying to get the dress on her daughter, the daughter is eating a (non-healthy) snack of potato chips. (The girl is overdosing with her junk food. And she is eating potato chips.) However, the girl's dress won't zip.

The mother, she tells her daughter that her weight is the problem and --when she finds her eating potato chips-- she takes away her junk food (her sweets and potato chips). After the mother gets the daughter's dress on, she tells her daughter that she needs to be on a strict juice fast. That is, and she must restrict the junk food from her diet. (That is, as she says, "After this, you are going to go on a strict juice fast! You are going to lose this weight whether you like it or not!".) After she (the mother) says that to her daughter, she makes the daughter cut sugar. (The girl is either overweight, obese, or extremely obese from eating junk food. So the mother makes her daughter cut down with it. And she --from now on-- is restricting the junk food from the girl's diet.)

At the same time, the mother and daughter start taking pictures. But when the mother takes a look, she fat shames her daughter by saying, "You look a like a whale!". (True to her oversized, overgrown, or extremely obese body --and status-- the mother thinks her daughter is as huge as a whale and calls her a whale. That is, possibly a blue whale.) The daughter (because her mother said "whale") runs off, upset about what just happened. The photographer goes up to her and tells her, "Beauty comes in all shapes and sizes." and she doesn't think she should be talking to her daughter that way.

Then, the photographer explains that she made the same mistake she's making right now.

She would always shame her daughter for being overweight or for eating too much, but she didn't know that it was making her feel bad that she started getting depressed. One day, she ended up overdosing on some pills. She'll never forget that day at the hospital watching her baby lie there unconscious, knowing that her daughter tried to take her own life because of her, but thankfully she survived. When she got better, she made a promise. That going forward, she would love her no matter what size she was.

Touched by her story, the mom felt bad for how she treated her daughter. She apologizes to her daughter and promises her that she will love her just the way she is. This is, however, even though she still needs to restrict her junk food.
